Took two hours to get delivered and food was tepid. I shan't be using again.

I have said average for quality as I haven't yet received my order. However I have eaten Legal Food before and was very satisfied.

Took 2 hrs 15 mins to arrive. On a Sunday. Was cold. After chasing twice on the phone. Was assured it would be warm and was on its way. They refused to refund and wanted us to return the food and they’d send some more! Won’t be using again. Shame as I used to order from Legal regularly!

We regularly use this Chinese and never have an issue. Tonight we ordered and an item of food was missing not an issue it was rectified! However, the delivery driver who delivered the missing item was an absolute rude excuse of a man! He decided not to ring the doorbell and then proceeded to call and shout down the phone incoherently. If you’re knocking on a door of a three storey home use some common sense and use the doorbell!! What an absolute moron.

Food delivery was One and a half hours late. Rang them after 30 mins late to be told it was on the way. Why can’t they tell the truth when questioned and if there busy tell you straight away there’s a delay?

2 hours 15 minutes for delivery. Was told after 90 minutes it was on the way.....I live 2 miles from the restaurant. Will never order again
